These terms will apply to any contract between us for the supply of products to you (Contract). Please read these terms carefully and make sure that you understand them, before ordering any products from our site. If you refuse to accept these terms, you will not be able to order any products from and must not use the site.
Craftybizz reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions before placing an order. If you do not agree with any of these terms & conditions you should not place an order with us. By placing an order via our website you are confirming and fully understand these terms & conditions. Discounts must be applied at checkout before making payment, we cannot honour any discount/offer after your order has been placed.
Craftybizz reserves the right to amend prices, details on the website and any offers/discounts without prior notice. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT. The information provided on this website is subject to change in the future. We amend these terms from time to time. Every time you wish to order products, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at that time. These terms were most recently updated on 18th of October 2020.
Information About Us
We operate the site Craftybizz as a sole trader. Our main trading address is
Craftybizz, 37 Oak Road, Mexborough, South Yorkshire, S64 9EQ.
Slight colour/shade variations may occur on the final print. Please be aware that all PC/Mobile/Ipad screens are set up differently and this will result in some colour deviations from your devices to ours. All screens vary in colour so the colour on final prints can vary.
All products are subject to availability.
We ask you to supply your photographs in a JPEG format. To ensure a maximum quality print out, please make sure your photo is as large as possible and is as a high resolution JPEG file.
If we receive low resolution photo(s) to upload onto your order we do not accept responsibility if the photo quality is poor when printed.
When you provide us with any kind of photograph you are confirming you are the rightful owner and own/have been given the copyright to use the image. We do not take any responsibility for any legal action that could occur if you don’t own the rights to use the image(s).
CORONAVIRUS UPDATE – Postage delays are unfortunately taking place, please do NOT order last minute, always allow a longer delivery time for post to arrive.
We only deliver using 1st Class standard postage (Royal Mail – 1 to 3 working days) for all our cards. However if you need the item guaranteed next day, please contact us prior to purchase to discuss additional postal cost. We post all items within 2 working days once full payment is received (sometimes faster).
You the customer are responsible for providing accurate postal information and we cannot accept responsibility for the lost of orders if you fail to provide the correct address when making payment.
Goods not received: Please note that Royal Mail do not consider an item missing until a period of at least two weeks has elapsed (15 days). We cannot accept liability for loss in the Royal Mail postal service. However we will do our best to resolve any problems and post replacements out to you ASAP.
Once your order has been dispatched Craftybizz cannot be held responsible for any delay, loss or damage to items and you should notify us immediately should there are any problems upon arrival and we will endeavour to resolve the issue.
We are unable to accept returns for any personalised items, unless the product is defective. To obtain a refund you must return the item in the original condition within 1 week of receipt. A refund will be issued via the same method you used for payment.
Unfortunately, there are occasions when errors occur. If the product you receive has a printing error that was caused by our printing process, we will gladly replace your order at no charge. Please contact us to arrange for a return.
All orders that are personalised, to your ‘customer’ requirements we are not obliged by law to offer any refunds or replacements on personalised items unless the fault lies with us.
Any problems upon receiving a order must be reported to us within 1 week of receipt.
We do not sell or exchange any information about our customers. The information you provide us with is so we can process your order correctly with the details you give to us to use at checkout. We do not use or store your information for any other reason. If at any point you would like to access your details or amend/delete them please contact us.
